SAUDI SAILING FEDERATION
We aim to develop and grow the water sports of sailing, kitesurfing, windsurfing and foiling throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Why sailing? It's a fantastic way to connect with nature, using the wonderful natural resources that make Saudi Arabia and the Red Sea such a magical place. It's also great for stress relief, offering a sense of freedom and allowing individuals to relax and unwind.
Learning can be intellectually stimulating, providing a sense of achievement by acquiring new skills and knowledge. It requires teamwork and social interaction, promoting collaboration, communication and cooperation.
Our water sports are open to everyone regardless of age, gender, or ability. Facing the elements and navigating the open water can help boost confidence and personal growth. So, whether young or old, beginner or advanced, racer or cruiser, we look forward to you joining us on the water.
WHO ARE THE SAUDI SAILING FEDERATION?
The Saudi Sailing Federation is the national governing body for sailing in the KSA. We endeavour the joy and fulfilment of the water sports we offer to our local community in Jeddah.
Our purpose is to help increase participation, promote safe boating, and raise the sailing standards in Saudi Arabia.
By spreading the culture of sailing, we want to encourage first-timers and make future national sailing champions ready to challenge on the world stage.
