Tickets Purchase and Event Attendance Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide you with a simple and quick way to register or buy Tickets for the Event. Anyone who buys Tickets via the website or/and the Saudi Sailing Federation (SSF) or uses a Ticket to enter the Event thus accepts the below terms and conditions. Where a Customer purchases a Ticket for use by another individual, the Customer shall ensure that the Ticket user is aware of the Terms and Conditions and shall procure that such Ticket user accepts and complies with these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions:

• “Customer(s)” refers to any individual or organization that purchases, attempts to purchase, or uses any of the Tickets.
• “Event” refers to any events for which tickets are sold on the platform.
• “Platform” means SSF’s website through which event tickets are sold.
• “Services” refers to the services provided by SSF in relation to the Events, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, and providing an online portal enabling customers to purchase Tickets.
• “Terms and Conditions” refers to this document and any other documents incorporated by reference.
• “Ticket(s)” refers to any form of paid voucher, purchased on website.
• “Venue” means the entire premises at which the Event will take place.
• “Website(s)” refers to sales via the internet portal https://www.sailsaudi.sa/ or any other websites or areas operated by SSF for ticket sales, including all sub-domains.

Purchase Policy

• Tickets purchased on the Website are refundable only in the specific circumstances described below in the refund policy.

Usage Policy and Event Attendance

• SSF reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person from the Venue for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or for health, safety, or public order reasons.

Refund Policy

• Tickets are eligible for refunds only in the following cases:
  • Event cancellation.
  • Postponement of the Event.
  • Venue change to a significantly different location.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters).

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for purchase.

Responsibility

• Attendance at sailing events involves inherent risks, and SSF disclaims liability for loss or damage, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.

Photography and Recording

• Personal recording devices are permitted for non-commercial use. Unauthorized public use of recordings or images is strictly prohibited.
